At GrapeCity, we *value* testing - may it be for Application or Developer's tools (Components) which we test. We take the approach of understanding end user's business needs and testing to make his life easier rather than simply reading a few documents and validating the end product with those. We see testers not as “dumb powerless UI monkeys” but as “hardcore techies” who can make a difference to Software Quality.
